New Curry Chicken Pot Pie This pie is so flavorful! I love the curry flavor, and the roasted vegetables are really good too. I made a pie crust instead of using puff pastry, and it turned out really well. We reduced the sauce for quite a while (maybe 15 mins?) and got it really thick before adding in the veggies and chicken. I might reduce it a little less next time to have more liquid.

New A friend brought us dinner this evening, and made Shepherd's Pie by Alton Brown. Very yummy! My boys are picky eaters when it comes to mashed potatoes but they couldn't get enough of this dish :)
