New Curry Chicken Pot Pie This pie is so flavorful! I love the curry flavor, and the roasted vegetables are really good too. I made a pie crust instead of using puff pastry, and it turned out really well. We reduced the sauce for quite a while (maybe 15 mins?) and got it really thick before adding in the veggies and chicken. I might reduce it a little less next time to have more liquid.
